Cloud or On-Premise

With our solutions you have the flexibility to have your WFO solution installed on-premise in your data center or in the secure Microsoft Azure cloud. Both have their advantages and benefits, and if you're not ready for the cloud today read below how we can help migrate you and your data when you are ready.

Cloud benefits include:

  • Our services group assists you in deployment, initial and on-going training

Saas or Perpetual Licensing

Our solutions are priced better and cheaper to meet your budget and preferred model. A low monthly software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription fee can be used for our cloud solution or on-premise solution. Another option for our on-premise solution is a traditional perpetual license that can be acquired ensuring you own the license for the software.

Using a SaaS subscription, you are not locked into a long-term contract but a 12-month contract which allows you to reassess your WFO tools and strategy every year. It also allows you to charge the costs for the solution as an operating expense, which may be desirable to your CFO. Perpetual licensing is generally a capital expense, and must be depreciated over 3-5 years which locks you into a vendor relationship and product that may not fulfill your needs in as soon as two years from now.
