Customer Success Manager

Develop Envision customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.

Envision helps businesses such as Costco Travel, Nike and Alaska Airlines deliver legendary customer service to their customers.  Our solution Click2Coach, whether installed on premise or hosted in the Microsoft Azure cloud, allows our customers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and turn their call center into a profit center.  We do this by recording interactions, recording agent screen and workflow, providing agent and performance analytics, trending and speech analytics. All of this allows our customers to better understand why customers are contacting them, which products and services they like and dislike, and to ensure the agents responding to the interaction are well coached.
 
This position is for a Customer Success Manager.  The successful Customer Success Manager operates effectively in a fast paced environment, demonstrates leadership, maintains composure, and has superb communications skills.
 
 
Responsibilities

  • Own the success of Envision customers
  • Engage in day-to-day communications with customers to ensure we are maximizing their experience with the Envision platform
  • Engage regularly with customers via strategic and operational reviews to evaluate needs and strategic direction
  • Educate customers on the value they can generate from their Envision solution
  • Continually assess, document, and analyze customer progress toward stated goals and results
  • Work closely with Envision’s Product, Sales and Development teams to quickly onboard customers, make sure customer business processes are addressed as part of the implementation process.
  • Lead technical customer implementations and manage ongoing customer relationships to drive exceptional results
  • Provide product training and new feature demos to customers
  • Drive continued product engagement, including contract renewal
  • Identify upsell opportunities within customers
  • Proactively identify team process improvements
  • Strategically incorporate customer feedback into the Envision platform
 
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Proven track record leading customer engagements with demonstrated ability to understand technical concepts, guide strategy and deliver positive results for customers
  • Excellent organization, project management, time management, and communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Team Support a plus
  • Excited about immersing yourself in the world of Workforce Optimization
  • Demonstrated history of owning customer relationships, including implementation, renewal, and upsell
  • Experience with telephony systems and VOIP (Avaya, Cisco, etc.)
  • Ability to understand and deconstruct technical products and platforms
  • Detail oriented with the ability to set priorities and be flexible in a changing environment
  • Experiencing managing customer implementations across multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented and highly organized

Business Development Manager

Identify, manage and close new business for Envision solutions

This position is responsible for all sales activities in a territory related to: prospecting, cold calling, written communicaiton, setting appointments, presentations, and managing all aspects of the sale. Candidates must have the ability to gain extensive insight into a prospect's business and be able to recommend our contact center solutions to meet the company's business needs and close opportunities to meet quota and make President's Club. Candidates should be familiar with contact center or CRM solutions. This position pays a base salary plus benefits, and has a commission plan that pays from 4-12% commission based on performance and opportunity closed.


Qualifications:

Strong business development, presentation and influencing skills in a solution sales environment

5+ years of experience selling solutions to executive level clients

Experience with Cisco and/or Avaya Products preferred Proven, verifiable track record of success

Excellent presentation skills

Analytical skills and ability to compose an ROI report

Strong competency and experience in selling enterprise software solutions

Ability to travel 50%+
 

Responsibilities:

Independently locate own leads/sales opportunities in assigned territory

Work closely with marketing to create campaigns designed to augment prospecting efforts

Collect and present a monthly pipeline that will consistently ensure mutual success with the assigned territory

Build a forecast/pipeline to drive sustained sales in their territory

Establish contact, determine the key decision-makers from the executive, technical and business levels of each account and successfully set discovery appointments
