As a customer-intimate company, we work to tailor each implementation to the needs of our customers' contact center environment. Envision understands that each contact center faces its own unique challenges, so we work with our partners to tailor our solutions to adhere to the needs of each distinct contact center environment.
Envision has been a pioneer in improving contact center performance through workforce optimization solutions like Click2Coach® (comprised of Envision Quality Monitoring™ and Envision eLearning™), Envision Workforce Management™ and Envision Analytics™. Together with our partners, Envision is a global software company that utilizes the "voice of the customer" to improve agent, call center and enterprise performance to deliver legendary customer experiences.
Envision partners with customer-intimate companies in order to increase the success of both our customers and partners. We provide technical training, sales and marketing support and other resources to our partners in order to insure success in the marketplace.
Partnership Levels
- Referral Partners: These companies generate qualified leads for Envision and in return are paid a referral fee for every lead that results in a closed sale. Technical expertise and training are not required for this partnership level, as Envision representatives complete the customer management review process and close the sale. Upon closing the sale, the referral partners will receive compensation from Envision.
- Reseller Partners: These partners have a deeper understanding of the contact center and workforce optimization marketplace, and have a desire to gain a deeper penetration into the market by partnering with Envision. Resellers receive training from Envision and work side-by-side with Envision technical and sales experts to complete and implement deals. View our global reseller list.
- Value-Added Resellers (VAR): Partners with in-depth technical knowledge, who provide full-scale service and support to their customers. Front-line installation and support services are provided by the VAR partners, and Envision provides technical training and secondary support as needed. VARs are also eligible to receive sales and marketing support as appropriate.
- Technology Alliances: In order to deliver cutting-edge solutions to our contact center customers, Envision has partnered with leading industry experts. Together with our Alliance Partners, we are setting new performance standards for the contact center industry, creating innovative ways to improve the effectiveness of agent-customer interactions.
