Quiz creation: Envision QuizTest enables trainers and supervisors to create quizzes and surveys consisting of multiple choice and true-false questions, designate who can take a specific quiz, establish a time limit for completing a quiz and determine whether a quiz can be taken more than once.
Quiz distribution: Envision QuizTest quizzes and surveys can be delivered as Web clips using the Envision Server or e-mailed directly to users.
Quiz proctoring: Envision QuizTest can verify identification before an agent begins a test. Once the test begins, it can enforce a time limit. When the test is complete, it automatically scores the quiz and then displays test results and correct answers.
Analytics: Envision QuizTest call center software uses analytics to generate comprehensive statistics for each quiz, including mean, median, mode, highest and lowest scores. Envision QuizTest can provide other details including how many quiz takers chose correct and incorrect responses for specific questions, and how each quiz taker answered each question, sorted by user or by question. Results can be exported to other applications, including Microsoft® Excel, for reporting purposes.
Administration: Envision QuizTest enables administrators to control who can create, view, edit and manage quizzes and results, as well as which agents are authorized to take each quiz.
